At Brandon Auto Parts we are committed to providing quality parts and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. As such, goods can be returned in accordance with the Company’s policy. All returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Items must be in a re-sellable condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
1. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Special order items (Non-stocking items that have been ordered in by request of the customer).
3. Electrical Items that have been correctly supplied (Sensors, coils, etc.).
Items that have been correctly supplied may be subject to a 15% handling charge. Items that have been fitted will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Warrenty and Damaged items
Items with an included warranty will need to be fully inspected, this could require shipping the item to the manufacturer for testing. Or in cases such as batteries, must be fully charged and tested by the company before issuing a warranty claim, this may require holding the battery overnight.
